The QT4-25 fully automatic cement block making machine is a cost‑effective block production solution designed specifically for small and medium‑sized brick plants, start‑up investors, and solid waste resource utilisation projects. It integrates the core advantages of similar domestic and international models and is tailored to the maintenance and operating conditions typical of urban and rural small‑to‑medium production sites in China. The equipment features an integrated mechanical‑electrical‑hydraulic design and PLC‑based intelligent full‑automatic control, combining automatic plate feeding, automatic material distribution, automatic moulding, and automatic brick output into one continuous process. It efficiently converts industrial and municipal solid wastes – such as fly ash, coal gangue, furnace slag, construction spoil, and tailings sand – into green new building materials, including standard bricks, hollow bricks, permeable bricks, slope protection bricks, and paving bricks. The machine offers key advantages such as low initial investment, quick returns, simple operation, stable performance, and multi‑function versatility. It requires no complex supporting facilities and has a short commissioning period, making it an ideal choice for urban and rural building material production, environmentally friendly brick making, and upgrading small production lines. Applicable Raw Materials
●Industrial solid wastes: fly ash (SiO₂ content 55%–65%, moisture 8%–10%), coal gangue (particle size 3–5 mm, carbon content 8%–12%), furnace slag, steel slag, calcined desulfurisation gypsum (pre‑treated by calcination), and tailings sand.
●Municipal solid wastes: construction spoil (after crushing and impurity removal, particle size 3–5 mm, mud content ≤5%), waste bricks and tiles, crushed concrete, and municipal sludge (after drying treatment, moisture 18%–20%).
●Conventional raw materials: cement, sand, stone powder, gravel, etc.
●Other raw materials: agricultural straw (crushed to particle size ≤1 mm), waste ceramics (after cleaning and screening), etc.
Application Areas
●Building construction: load‑bearing and enclosure structures for factories, residential buildings, rural self‑built houses, office buildings, etc. The machine can produce solid bricks, hollow bricks, and perforated bricks that meet strength requirements and offer high cost‑effectiveness.
●Municipal engineering: permeable bricks and paving bricks for urban sidewalks, plazas, parks, pedestrian streets, etc., enabling rapid rainwater infiltration and alleviating urban waterlogging; also paving bricks for urban roads and community roads, featuring wear resistance, skid resistance, and durability.
●Water conservancy and transportation: slope protection bricks and interlocking bricks for riverbanks, reservoirs, highways, and railway slopes, effectively preventing landslides and soil erosion, suitable for various water conservancy protection projects.
●Landscape gardening: grass planting bricks, decorative landscape bricks, and kerb stones for residential communities, parks, and courtyards, combining functionality and aesthetics to support green landscape development.
