The QT4-20C block making machine, developed and manufactured by our company, is a specialized equipment for producing concrete blocks. It can widely utilize fly ash, furnace slag, coal gangue, or other industrial wastes, as well as sand, stone, cement and other materials. By changing molds, it can produce various sizes of hollow blocks, paving bricks, grass‑planting bricks, curbstones, standard bricks, etc.
The machine adopts hydraulic transmission and non‑contact proximity switch monitoring. It integrates mechanical, electrical, optical, hydraulic, and high‑frequency vibration technologies to realize plate feeding, material distribution, pressing and vibrating, demolding, and brick output, greatly saving labor costs in the production process.
Key electrical and hydraulic components are imported originals or well‑known domestic brands, ensuring high reliability.
It features four‑vertical‑shaft extra‑long guides, hydraulic system drive, and mechanical vibration‑assisted pressure forming. The whole machine is compact in structure, reliable in performance, easy to operate, highly efficient, with few failures and convenient maintenance. The block forming is mainly hydraulic, supplemented by mechanical action, and completed by vibration combined with pressure. This combination ensures high density and excellent quality of the blocks.
The produced blocks have a tensile strength of up to 15 MPa or more, high density, good freeze‑thaw and impermeability resistance, excellent sound insulation, heat insulation and thermal preservation performance, and precise external dimensions.
The forced synchronized mold structure ensures uniform product thickness, stable demolding, and a high yield rate.
Multiple blocks are demolded at one time, allowing centralized handling and stacking, which improves production efficiency and reduces power consumption and labor costs.
The equipment has a simple and practical structure with a novel and attractive appearance. It is particularly suitable for standard brick production and is an ideal environmentally friendly building material equipment.
