3. Weighing System: Aggregates, powders, and liquids are weighed separately using electronic scales under computerized control.

4. Mixing System: The JS Series twin-shaft compulsory mixer is suitable for producing various types of concrete with efficient and uniform mixing.

5. Electrical Control System: Fully automated operation with functions including mix-design storage, drop-compensation control, and moisture-content correction.

6. Water and Admixture System: Water pumps and admixture pumps provide efficient delivery and accurate dosing.

7. Powder Conveying System: Cement silos and screw conveyors provide continuous and stable powder feeding.

4. Working Principle

After automatically checking the operating conditions, the system starts the batching process. Aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures are separately weighed before entering the mixing process. The aggregates are conveyed by belt to the temporary storage hopper and then discharged into the mixer in sequence according to the preset program. After mixing is completed, the concrete is automatically discharged.

The entire production process is managed by a computerized control system, ensuring efficient operation, accurate batching, and consistent concrete quality.
