一. Equipment Installation and Atance

1. The equipment installation unit shall prepare an implementation plan, specifying the organizational structure, milestones for individual items, quality assurance measures, etc., which shall be preliminarily reviewed by the susor and then submitted to the owner for approval.

2. The owner or supervisor shall convene coordination meetings regularly or irregularly to resolve specific issues.

3. Upon completion of the installah individual item of equipment, the supervisor shall organize relevant personnel to conduct acceptance inspections in accordance with technical requirements, rectify any issues found in a timely manner, and complete the necessaryrmalities.

二. Equipment Commissioning

1. Power supply shall be established first, and a power supply plan shall be formulated to ensure safe power delivery.

2. Commissionbe conducted in accordance with the pre-approved commissioning plan. The owner's production management personnel, technical personnel, equipment maintenance personnel, and operators shall participate in the commissioning andtraining.

3. For all moving equipment, double safety devices and mechanical limit switches must be installed at the operating ends before commissioning to prevent accidental damage to the equipment.

4. Various valvand seals in the hydraulic system shall be tested repeatedly, and spare parts shall be prepared for replacement.

5. Interlocked no-load trial run: After completing the single-machine trial r interlocked trial run shall be organized. This is the key to verifying whether the equipment and installation meet design requirements, and it is also an opportunity to address omissions and correct rrors.

三. Load Trial Run

1. A feed trial run plan shall be compiled first, with clear division of labor, and the process shall be conducted on the principle of proceedifrom easy to difficult and ensuring reliability.

2. Before feeding, the slurry section shall be tested with water to check the mixer and various pumps for leakage; slurry pipelines must not havtal sections exceeding 3 meters to prevent blockage.

3. Summarize while pouring. Attention must be paid to equipment, process, production organization, commissioning, eand one must not rush for quick results.
