Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) equipment typically features two production processes: fly ash AAC block and sand AAC block prone equipment, with technical standards reaching industry levels. The main raw materials for AAC blocks are river sand, lime, and cement, with aluminum paste serving as the foaming age. They are a type of green, environmentally friendly, and new self-insulating wall material formed through processes such as raw material grinding, ingredient mixing, casting and foaming, static curing cutting, and autoclaved curing. Characterized by being lightweight, high-strength, durable, insulating, soundproof, fireproof, and impermeable with good anchoring rmance, they offer advantages such as convenient construction, high processability, reduced comprehensive construction costs, and increased usable building area, making them widely used in industrial and civil construction. Their tion is also a new project in China.

Market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Regarding AAC equipment, how should we accurately position ourselves in the market? First, we must identify the characteriof AAC block equipment and its auxiliary equipment, such as the AAC block cutting machine. For instance, the ground-flipping type cutting machine was independently developed by the China Architecture Design & Research Groaccording to specific conditions and has been well promoted.

Generally, the accuracy of the batching process depends on the batching machine's preparations meeting designated standards. The workflow of the AAC equipment batching machne involves: raw materials (sand, fly ash, slag, tailings, industrial waste, etc.) undergoing metering and testing to ensure all indicators meet standards, then being conveyed nveyor belts into ball mills for grinding. After the batching machine sets a scientific ratio, it performs automatic batching, followed by casting, static curing, cutting, autoclaving, etsuitable for use as infill materials in low-rise and mid-rise buildings. When using the batching machine, the following standards must be met:

Staff must undergo technical training to ensure operationalet standards. Functions include parameter setting (hourly output, ratio, PLD control parameters, etc.) and various circuit activation functions. Automation control functions include start-up, shutdown, cumulation standards, total cumulative quantity, and report printing. The page display of the control system's operational flow must be normal. The accuracy of the automated system's ratio must reh around 2%. Proper waterproofing, fireproofing, and corrosion protection must be ensured for the distribution cabinet, and parameters must not be adjusted
